DESCRIPTION:The Sphere Handbook in Action e-learning course aims to strengthen the effective use of the Sphere Handbook\, Humanitarian Charter and Minimum Standards in Humanitarian Response. \nTaking the course is free of charge. No academic qualifications are required.
