We have only a few pallets left to sort, so we’re calling for volunteers from the GTA and southern Ontario to help us finish up sorting and repacking medical equipment and supplies, so that we’re prepared to deploy at the time of disaster!
We need folks to help us on Friday, June 21st, from 6-9pm at the Farrex Freight Systems warehouse, near Airport Road and Derry Road, in Mississauga, just north of Pearson International Airport.
If you are available to lend a hand, please send an email to volunteer@canadianmedicalt
Parents are welcome to bring their older school-aged children to help, and high school students may be eligible to receive volunteer academic credit hours.
Those volunteers who are unable to bend/lift or need some physical accommodations can also help us just by coordinating things on site!! So everyone is welcome!
